John Bryan State Park

This month we went camping at John Bryan state park. I worked on my sticker book, we went geocaching, played on the playground and had a great time.

Finding the first geocache.

I like to be the leader and blaze the trail. Mom wishes I was taller to knock down the spider webs for her.
We found what we thought was the 2nd geocache, but turned out just to be the clue to where it really was. This is a statue of Horrace Mann in the middle of a over grown clearing in the woods. He was president of Antioch College and said "I beseech you to treasure up in your hearts these my parting words: Be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for Humanity".
Someone painted his shoes red.
